What is your main goal?
Where are you based?
How do you like to train?
How much training experience do you have?

How to choose a coaching format

The right format depends less on your goal than on where you live and how you like to train. If you can get to Kota Damansara and you want someone correcting you in real time, in person is best. If you train consistently on your own, online coaching gives you the plan and feedback without fixed session times. Hybrid suits people who want in-person technique work to start, then independence.

  • In person: best for beginners, technical skills and people who need accountability.
  • Online: best outside the Klang Valley, for busy schedules and for self-motivated people.
  • Hybrid: best for learning skills properly, then practising them on your own.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between in-person, online and hybrid coaching?

In-person means one-to-one sessions with me at ARISE Training Club in Kota Damansara. Online means a programme written for you, video form checks and weekly adjustments, wherever you train. Hybrid blends the two: a few in-person sessions to set technique, then online for the rest of the week.

Is online coaching as effective as in-person?

For people who will train consistently on their own, yes. In-person is better when you need someone to correct technique in real time or keep you accountable every session.

How much does coaching cost?

It depends on the format and how often you train. Send your quiz result on WhatsApp and I will send you the options.
